Active engagements. Building ecosystems across North Texas.
SDG is engaged with a North Texas municipal partner across two interconnected public sports facilities. The platform is leading activation, utilization, and operating architecture across more than 190 acres of competitive infrastructure.
65-Acre Soccer Complex
A purpose-built competitive soccer complex anchored by a FIFA-grade hybrid show pitch, a layered surface mix of synthetic and natural fields, and integrated futsal infrastructure, positioned at one of the highest-visibility corridors in North Texas.
The asset
The engagement covers one of the most complete competitive soccer facilities planned in North Texas. Across 65 acres, the property is anchored by a FIFA-grade hybrid show pitch built for sanctioned league play, tournament showcase matches, and elite competitive events. Seven additional full-sized fields, three synthetic turf and four natural grass, give the calendar the surface mix to run training, league, and tournament programming concurrently. Two futsal pitches add an indoor-style discipline that few outdoor complexes offer.
The site is positioned along a major regional transportation corridor, connecting the complex to a high-visibility throughway in North Texas.
The activation thesis
The asset is the calendar. SDG's role is to architect the activation ecosystem that turns the facility's surface mix into a recurring operating engine: multi-day tournament weekends, sanctioned league season hosting, regional showcase events, youth pathway competitions, and the community programming density that makes the facility a year-round resource. The mix of synthetic and natural surfaces is itself an activation advantage, extending programmable hours well beyond what a single-surface facility can sustain.
Operating architecture
The facility is structured as a soccer-first competitive venue built to operate across sanctioned league play, tournament programming, and community access. SDG leads the activation, programming, and operating architecture directly. Institutional operating depth reinforces systems infrastructure and execution depth at the scale the engagement requires.
Platform progression
Platform planning is advancing across activation architecture, programming ecosystems, operating systems, and the institutional reinforcement structure designed for the engagement's scale. The work is structured to align with public-sector timing rather than dictate it.
125-Acre Multi-Sport Park
More than 125 acres of multi-sport park infrastructure with 21 lighted fields, built for scale, programmed for community, operated for the long term.
The asset
This engagement covers one of the largest municipal sports parks in North Texas. At more than 125 acres with 21 lighted multi-purpose fields, the property offers operational scale that few facilities in the region can match, and the lighting infrastructure to extend programming hours well beyond daylight. The asset is multi-sport by design, accommodating soccer, football, lacrosse, quadball, and other field sports across configurations that flex with the season and the programming calendar.
The activation thesis
A 125-acre park with 21 lighted fields is either a community gem or an operational liability, depending entirely on how the calendar is built. SDG's activation thesis converts physical scale into utilization scale: youth and adult leagues forming the recurring base, tournament weekends driving peak utilization and economic impact, and protected community access ensuring the park remains the public asset it was built to be.
Operating architecture
The operating architecture is layered to match the asset's scale. Multi-sport configurations flex with the season. The calendar is measured monthly, reported quarterly, reviewed annually. SDG leads activation, programming, and operating architecture directly. Institutional operating depth reinforces execution at the scale a 125-acre park requires.
Platform progression
Platform planning is advancing across activation architecture, programming ecosystems, and the operating systems designed for a multi-sport park of this scale. The engagement is structured to align with public-sector timing and long-term community accountability.
